Serene Path Sound Healing was born from a personal journey of healing, stillness, and self-discovery.
Through meditation and sound, a deeper sense of peace and connection was found, and it naturally became something to share with others.
Now, this space is offered as a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect within. Each session is held with care, intention, and the belief that you already have everything you need, this is simply a space to return to it.
Training & Background
With training in sound healing, meditation, and energy-based practices, each session is held with care and intention.
Supported by a background as a school psychologist and yoga teacher, this work is rooted in a gentle understanding of the nervous system, creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and at ease.
Sessions are offered in both English and Spanish to help you feel comfortable and supported.
